New for hikers and Nordic walkers! The length of the route is 13 or 17 km, depending on your choice. There are several rest and campfire sites along the way: 1.4 km Kirves-Heikki campfire (+dry toilet), 3.0 km Poskeinen campfire (+dry toilet), 3.1\/6.5 km Hiljentymistuvan campfire, 4.3\/7.7 km Ahveroinen lean-to, 8.4\/11.8 km Mustan lean-to (+dry toilet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Departure takes place from Kuivaj\u00e4rvi rental house. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the path that follows the beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A shorter route option runs from the two points between Kuivaj\u00e4rvi and Iso Kotaj\u00e4rvi, over the Kirves-Heikki Canal before turning north.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A longer route option goes around Lake Iso Kotaj\u00e4rvi and also visits the shore of Poskeinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You bypass the lull. In the rolling terrain, you pass S\u00e4rysj\u00e4rvi, Ahveroinen and Saarij\u00e4rvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will enjoy the pine trees for a while on the shore of the beautiful lake called Musta.
