Exercise program
You can purchase when participating Juuso Simpanen A training program prepared by Peura Trail for your chosen trip costs €20–30, depending on the length of the trip. You will also receive Juuso's strength program and instructions for body care.
Eating
The menu includes handmade chicken pasta, cabbage and carrot salad, bread, spread, water/juice and coffee. There is also a vegetarian option (to be specified later). Lactose-free. Please indicate any special diet (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian) in the additional information.
Food will be available in the event center after the performance. Price: €10.90 if purchased in advance, €12.90 on site.

The participation fee and additional services are paid upon registration. Order and delivery terms.
The participation fee and additional services can also be paid with a sports benefit: Smartum, ePassi, Edenred. You will see instructions for making the payment after registering.
Business packages
Changes and cancellations
Registration is binding, and it is not possible to cancel it after registration.
You can change the trip. free of charge to a shorter one. When changing to a longer trip, the difference in participation fees will be paid. After May 31, an additional €20 change fee will be charged for changes.
Registration is possible to transfer to another person free of charge by 31.5. After this, changes are 20 €/piece by 4.6.
You can register to carry over to next year one time. Transfer fee €20. Transfer must be reported by 4.6.
